FOUNDING COHORT · 2027 ARF CYCLE

Ten schools whose ARF is filled in before it opens.

Annual Report Forms are due each fall, on a date your school's ATS portal sets. Rollbook Reports launches for the 2027 cycle: onboarding runs in the spring, the Ledger syncs your records all year, and when the portal opens the numbers are already assembled and sourced. Five founding spots are free; five are reserved with onboarding.

THIS FALL

Your 2026 ARF is due in a few weeks. That's a Fixes job.

Rollbook Reports isn't ready for this cycle, and we won't pretend otherwise. What is ready: a fixed-price data pull that gets your enrollment, completions, demographics, and personnel counts out of your records and into the form you're filling in now — in 3 to 5 business days, with the fix list included.

Every fall pull counts toward a founding spot for 2027.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN

Dates you can hold us to.

ATS sets each school's ARF due date inside its own portal, and extensions move it. Rollbook never assumes a date — your due date is a setting you enter, and every screen reads from it.

  1. THIS FALL
Fixes, if you need this cycle covered

A fixed-price ARF pull, delivered in days. No subscription, no commitment.

  2. SPRING 2027
    Onboarding

Read-only key, coverage report for your account, program and term mappings, first full sync.

  3. THROUGH THE YEAR
    The Ledger builds history

Nightly syncs and term-end snapshots, so the fall numbers have a year of record behind them — and the data-health list is worked down long before it matters.

  4. WHEN YOUR PORTAL OPENS
The form is already filled in

Field by field, each number sourced, flagged where it needs a second look. Your registrar reviews rather than assembles.

  5. BY YOUR ARF DUE DATE
    Export and file

Spreadsheet in the ARF layout plus the sourcing memo. You submit; Rollbook keeps the record.

QUESTIONS SCHOOLS ASK

The short answers.

What exactly am I reserving?
A founding spot for the 2027 cycle at the founding price, locked for as long as you subscribe. Onboarding is invoiced when the work begins in spring — nothing is charged today, and the reservation is refundable in full before onboarding starts.
What about our 2026 ARF, due this fall?
Rollbook Reports isn't ready for this cycle. For this fall, a fixed-price ARF data pull gets the counts out of your records in 3–5 business days. It's separate work, priced per item, and it counts toward a founding spot.
Can Rollbook change anything in our records?
No. The key is read-only and you can revoke it at any time.
Who sets our due date?
ATS does, per school, inside your ARF portal — and an approved extension changes it. Rollbook stores your date as a setting and never assumes a deadline on your behalf.
Where does our data live?
In a database in your own account. Rollbook operates the sync; you hold the data. A data processing addendum naming FERPA comes with every contract.
We need a PO and an invoice.
Everything is invoiced — PDF with your PO number, payable by check or ACH, vendor packet (W-9, DPA, security summary) included. No credit card required for anything.
Is this affiliated with Populi?
No. Rollbook is an independent product built by the IT director of a small college on Populi, using access each school grants and controls.
