Refund Terms

• January cohort onboarding ($2,500, or 4 × $650). Fully refunded if your school cannot file the 2026–27 ATS Annual Report from Rollbook by the due date, for any reason on our side. Credited in full against your first-year subscription when you continue.
• Fixes. Fixed-price items are refunded in full if the described deliverable isn't delivered as scoped. Once a deliverable is accepted, the fee is earned.
• Feeds. Month to month; cancel any time and the current month is the last one billed.
• Subscriptions. Annual terms; if we materially fail to provide the service and don't cure within 30 days of written notice, the unused portion of the year is refunded.
